Pardela Menorca (Es Castell, Menorca, Balearic Islands) treats your personal data with the same care we put into your trip. Here's what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
What we collect and why
Contact and trip forms: your name, email and whatever you tell us about your trip (dates, group size, preferences). We use it solely to reply and prepare your proposal. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you request and our legitimate interest in answering you.
Newsletter: your email, only if you subscribe. We use it to send island tips and news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms also apply.
Who we share data with
No one, for commercial purposes. To run the site we use technical providers: Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics) and Web3Forms (delivering form messages to our inbox). When we arrange an experience with a local partner (boat, diving, car hire), we share only what's needed for your booking.
How long we keep it
Trip enquiries: for the duration of our conversation and up to 2 years after, in case you come back. Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority AEPD (aepd.es).
